Your eye shape will determine which suits you best! Every eye shape will have a lash style which compliments your eyes best to bring out your natural features.

Cat eye lash style has an eyeliner effect, starting off with shorter lashes, and gradually lengthening to longer lashes at the outer corners of your eyes. Cat eye lash styles are best for individuals with shorter but bigger eyes. The cat eye lash style will lengthen the look of your eyes, creating the illusion of a wider set of eyes. The longer lashes at the corner of your eyes also mimics the winged liner effect, giving you a polished look!

Doll eye lash style starts off with smaller and shorter lashes, are longer in the middle, and shorter again at the ends. Doll eye lash styles are recommended for individuals with small eyes or monolid eyes as the doll eye style will create an illusion of bigger, brighter eyes, freshening your look.

Natural eye lash style have lash extensions which follows the length of your natural lashes. If you’re looking for lash extensions that enhances your features - opt for the basic natural lash extensions.

There are various curl types ranging from B , J, C, CC, D and DD curls. As B and J curls are less curly, they are less popular in the market today. At Pocobeauty, we focus on the trending C, CC, D and DD curls which are currently the most trendy lash extension curl types. C curls are slightly less curly compared to D, while DD curls are the curliest.

C curls are the most commonly used curls as they matches most individual’s natural lash curls and give polished natural look. D curls are curlier and gives a more distinct and attractive look. CC curls gives you a perfect in-between C and D curls, while DD curls create the most attractive doll-like lashes. Opt for Pocobeauty’s Signature DD curls for the curliest and most fluffy and dramatic lash sets.

Common Misconceptions

If you have short lashes, some lash artists may recommend for longer lash extensions for more visible effects. Sounds logical, however this is a common misconception that results in long term undesirable results.

If your natural lashes are short, having lash extensions which are overly long may on the contrary weight down your natural lashes in the long run. This may result in your natural lashes to grow droopy in the long term. Instead, let Pocobeauty recommend the optimum length for you. Dramatic lash effects can also be created via shorter lash lengths which do not cause long term droopy natural lashes!
